My tiny beaded bag:
My fingers trace my mother's wedding band
a translucent shell my babe found on an island shore
sprinkle of faded roses
a little girl's first tooth
and the smile she wore without it
three seeds of barley lest the rains of summer fail
for next years planting
and the silver pen you gave me
long ago

Beautiful! Now we have silver to go with our stones, crystals and pearls. All these powerful talismans coming together.

What a beautiful phrase:
…a little girl’s first tooth
and the smile she wore without it…
